Ready for another round of the Muruvik Backyard Ultra? The race was first held in the spring of 2021, with a new event already that fall. The course runs back and forth between Muruvik and Hommelvik along the picturesque Malvik Trail, a flat course with great record potential. Backyard ultra is simply explained as a race on a 6.7 km loop, where runners have one hour to complete the loop, and each full hour the race starts anew. The winner is the one who ultimately lasts through one more lap alone.
